Shipping policy

 

ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION

Press & Amen products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it is sent to one of our trusted fulfillment partners for production.

Most orders are prepared for shipment within approximately 2–5 business days, although production times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to product availability.

Production time is separate from shipping/transit time.

U.S. SHIPPING

We currently offer free standard U.S. shipping on eligible orders.

After production is complete, standard U.S. delivery typically takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the destination, carrier, and fulfillment location.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

CANADA

We currently ship to Canada where available. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for carrier tracking information to update.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Some orders may be fulfilled from different facilities. As a result, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Additional costs associated with reshipping an order due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may be the customer's responsibility.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate and assist you.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Press & Amen is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, but we will do our best to assist if an issue arises.
