How long does shipping take?
Our products are made to order. Most orders are produced within approximately 2–7 business days. After production, standard U.S. shipping generally takes approximately 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on product availability, fulfillment location, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Press & Amen currently offers free standard U.S. shipping on eligible orders. Any available upgraded or international shipping options and charges will be shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States and to Canada where available. Shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and customs processing.
Will my entire order arrive together?
Not always. Some items may be produced by different facilities, so products from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages or at different times.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after your shipment is created.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Orders can usually be edited or canceled before they are sent to production. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. Because orders can move into production quickly, we cannot guarantee that a request can be
completed after an order is placed.
What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error. If the order has not entered production, we may be able to update it. Once production has begun or the order has shipped, address changes may not be possible. Additional costs may apply if an order must be reproduced or reshipped because an incorrect or
incomplete address was provided.
What is your return policy?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color selection.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Defective items generally do not need to be returned.
How do your sizes run?
Most Press & Amen apparel features a unisex fit unless otherwise stated on the product page. Please review the size guide carefully before ordering. For a more relaxed or oversized fit, consider sizing up.
How should I care for my apparel?
For best results, machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly over printed designs. Always follow any product-specific care instructions shown on the product page.
