At Press & Amen, every item is created especially for you. Because our apparel is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color selection.
Please review the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.
SIZE AND COLOR SELECTION
Because each product is made specifically for your order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges when the incorrect size or color was selected during checkout.
Please review our sizing information before ordering. Most of our apparel is unisex unless otherwise stated on the product page.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
We begin processing orders quickly after they are placed. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once production has begun.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
